Q: I would like a brochure and DWG cad details for the Ghost sliding door system please. This is urgent as we are putting this forward to the Architect for a very high profile residential tower in London. Many thanks and I look forward to your quick response.

A: Hello. Currently there is no brochure available for this product. The factory has sent us all of the drawings they’ve got for this product, which you can find in the technical data tab labelled: 2D drawing 1, 2 & 3. Kind regards, BOX15

Q: I have opening of over the specific 900mm size (its 995mm). Will the 900mm kit work with opening space of 995mm (door width is 1190mm). Thanks, Australia

A: Hello. No I’m afraid this would not work, it has to be the sizes listed. Please see the 'Dimensions' under the Technical Data tab to see the overhang on either side of the door opening. As you’ll see, the door has an overhang of 32mm which would not cover the remaining door opening space you have. I hope this assists. Kind regards, BOX15

Q: Who do you recommend to fit professionally?

A: Hi Paul, We dont have a list of "recommended" fitters for these - however you should find any professional tradesperson in the building / joinery area should have no problems at all fitting one of these, we provide full fitting instructions (online and in the box) and there is a handy video on the product page showing an overview of the installation. Q: Hi, does this system work on carpet?

A: It's effectively a floating system so by design, the bottom of the door wouldn't be in contact with the carpeted floor. If you watch the product video, you will see that you have to fix the Base Plate Runner directly to the floor and the system slides on this. Watching that video should hopefully explain everything

Q: Hi, do you sell the mirror door as well with the kit?

A: we only sell the mechanism to facilitate the movement but watching the video we publish online should give you a proper feel for what you'd be getting. IF you were intending on using a mirror door then you might want to consider GHOST GLASS, unless you were thinking of attaching a mirror to a wooden door. Either way, watching the video would be advisable but we don't supply the actual doors.
