Most of our customers prefer us to deliver their orders, which we do via 3rd party forwarders but you do also have the option of collecting your order. Although we're not a trade counter operation and can't help customers who arrive unannounced, we can get your online orders ready for collection from our warehouse, given reasonable notice. We'll send you a subsequent email, when your order has been picked and is ready for collection. This will have Weight & Dimensions on it, if you're intending using a carrier.
