25mm Ø 12-18° Angled Felt Insert for Stacking, 1.5-2mm

These 25mm round ribbed tube inserts are designed to push into hollow round tube and have an integral spacer feature, which is designed to keep painted chair legs apart and reduces noise when stacking chairs and furniture.  This particular insert also has an integral felt pad with an angle range of 12-18 degrees and although our tube inserts come with a a choice of angles, it's also worth considering our 'Full Dome' inserts, as the pronounced dome on these, is designed to work with any angle.  

The head diameter is designed to sit flush with the outside of the tube whilst the shank has flexible horizontal ribs to suit a multitude of tube walls, in a range of both metric and imperial sizes.  Thanks to the flexible lateral ribs running around the shank of the insert, they're generally suitable for tube wall thickness of between 1.5 to 2mm metric (14-16 gauge imperial), unless otherwise indicated. 

Manufactured from durable LDPE plastic, they are commonly used as protective end caps, tube feet, and finishing plugs across furniture, fabrication, and light industrial applications. They're designed to retain themselves inside tube, with the head sitting over the outer ends of the tube or pipe, sitting flush with the outside circumference of the tube and providing a neat finished appearance.
