1600mm Acrylic Screen Extender for Office Desk Partition

Extend the height of wide office desk partitions with a 1600mm clear acrylic screen extender. Designed to plug onto existing desk screens, this practical partition topper provides additional height and separation while allowing you to make better use of your existing workstation furniture. The screen extender is manufactured from durable 5mm thick clear acrylic and attaches to the top of an existing desk screen using two plug-on brackets. Standard brackets accommodate screens between 25mm and 40mm thick, while alternative bracket sizes may be available for different screen thicknesses.

Grub screws and spacer pads secure the brackets against the existing screen, providing a straightforward way to fit the acrylic extension without replacing the complete desk partition. The clear acrylic panel maintains visibility across the workspace and allows natural light through, helping to retain the open appearance of modern office environments. The screen extension can help reduce direct exposure to coughs and sneezes, making it suitable for offices, reception areas, customer service counters, retail environments and other shared workplaces where additional separation is required.

Available in 200mm, 300mm and 400mm heights, the 1600mm acrylic screen extender gives you flexibility when increasing the height of wider desk screens. A 1585mm width option is also available.

Extend wide desk screens with a simple plug-on solution

Replacing an entire desk partition system is not always necessary when you need additional screen height. This 1600mm acrylic screen extender allows you to adapt existing screens by adding a clear panel to the top of the partition.

The wider format makes this version particularly suitable for large workstations, wide office desk screens and longer counter areas. With 200mm, 300mm and 400mm height options available, you can select the extension that best suits your existing screen and workspace requirements. The transparent acrylic panel provides additional separation without creating a visually heavy partition. It allows light and visibility to pass through, helping maintain a bright and open working environment.

Suitable for offices and commercial environments

These plug-on acrylic desk screen toppers can be used across a variety of workplaces where additional separation is useful. Applications include open-plan offices, reception desks, customer service areas, retail counters and other shared working environments. The 5mm acrylic panel provides a durable, practical surface that is easy to wipe clean, making it suitable for everyday commercial use and regular workplace cleaning.

Need a different size or bracket?

We list the most popular configurations as standard, including 1585mm and 1600mm widths, but custom acrylic screen extender sizes may be available for specific workstation layouts or larger projects. The standard plug-on brackets fit screens between 25mm and 40mm thick. Alternative bracket sizes may be available for other screen thicknesses, subject to minimum order quantities and potentially extended lead times.

If you cannot find the width, height or bracket configuration you require, contact us with your dimensions and existing screen thickness and we can advise on available options. Other acrylic hygiene screen solutions are also available, including desk-mounted, free-standing and VESA-mounted screens.
