1000mm Acrylic Screen Extender for Office Desk Partition

Extend the height of existing office desk partitions with this 1000mm wide clear acrylic screen extender. Designed to plug onto existing desk screens, it provides a simple and practical way to add extra height without replacing the complete partition or workstation screen.

The 5mm thick clear acrylic panel attaches to the top of an existing screen using two plug-on brackets. Standard brackets accommodate screen thicknesses between 25mm and 40mm, while alternative bracket sizes may be available for different screen profiles. Grub screws and spacer pads hold the extension securely in position. The transparent acrylic panel provides additional separation between workstations while maintaining visibility and natural light. It can help reduce direct exposure to coughs and sneezes and is suitable for a range of busy workplace environments, including open-plan offices, reception areas, customer service counters and retail spaces.

Available in 200mm, 300mm and 400mm heights, this 1000mm acrylic screen extender offers flexibility when adapting existing office partitions. A 985mm width option is also available, making it easier to match different desk screen sizes and layouts.

A simple way to extend existing desk partitions

If your existing office screens do not provide the height or separation you require, these acrylic screen extenders offer a straightforward way to upgrade them. The plug-on design allows the clear panel to be fitted directly onto an existing screen, helping you adapt your current workspace without replacing the complete partition system. The 1000mm width makes this version particularly suitable for wider desks and workstation screens. Choose from three extension heights to create the additional coverage required for your workspace.

Unlike a solid partition extension, the clear acrylic panel maintains an open appearance and allows light to pass through. This makes it well suited to modern open-plan offices where businesses want additional separation without making workstations feel enclosed.

Suitable for offices and shared workspaces

These acrylic desk screen toppers are suitable for a variety of commercial environments where additional separation or protection is required. Typical applications include office workstations, reception desks, customer service counters, retail counters and other areas where people work or interact in close proximity. The durable acrylic construction provides a practical, easy-to-clean surface for everyday workplace use, while the clear finish keeps the screen discreet and professional.

Need a different size?

We stock the most popular configurations as standard, but custom acrylic screen extender sizes may be available for larger projects or specific desk partition requirements. Alternative plug-on brackets may also be available to suit different screen thicknesses. Custom sizes are subject to minimum order quantities and potentially extended lead times.

If you cannot find the size or bracket configuration you need, contact us with your requirements and we can advise on the available options. Other acrylic hygiene screen solutions are also available, including desk-mounted, free-standing and VESA-mounted screens.
