Our 30mm Diameter Mounting Blocks (74 x 47mm) are designed for manufacturers and fabricators producing bespoke folding table frames, folding desk legs and other tubular furniture systems. Manufactured from high-strength nylon, these durable mounting blocks provide a secure fixing point for 30mm outside diameter (OD) tube, making them ideal for commercial furniture production, refurbishment projects and custom frame fabrication.

Originally developed as a generic component for folding table manufacture, these mounting blocks can also be used across a wide range of furniture and engineering applications where a reliable tube fixing is required. They are not intended as replacement parts for our folding table frame kits, and compatibility with third-party products cannot be guaranteed. We recommend checking the technical drawings before ordering to ensure the mounting block is suitable for your application.

Sold individually for maximum ordering flexibility, you will need to purchase two mounting blocks if you require a pair. Available in a selection of footprints and depths to suit different frame designs, these mounting blocks are lightweight, hard-wearing and resistant to corrosion. Bespoke colours may also be available for larger production runs, subject to minimum order quantities.
