Our 30mm Half Shell for Folding Tables is a robust nylon mounting component designed for manufacturers, furniture makers and fabricators producing bespoke folding table frames, folding desk legs and tubular furniture. Featuring a 47mm height and 80 x 50mm footprint, this durable component is designed to suit 30mm outside diameter (OD) tube, providing a secure and reliable fixing point for a wide range of commercial furniture applications.

Manufactured from high-strength nylon, this half shell offers excellent strength, wear resistance and long-lasting performance in demanding environments. It is intended as a generic furniture component for new furniture manufacture, refurbishment projects and repairs, rather than a direct replacement part for our own folding table frame systems. As compatibility with third-party products cannot be guaranteed, we recommend reviewing the technical drawings before ordering to ensure the component is suitable for your application.

Supplied individually, you will need to purchase two half shells if your project requires a matching pair. The larger 47mm height makes this version suitable for applications requiring additional support while maintaining compatibility with 30mm tubing. Bespoke colours may also be available for larger production runs, subject to minimum order quantities.
