25x25mm Square Ribbed Tube Insert, 1-2mm

These 25x25mm square ribbed tube inserts are designed to provide a clean, secure finish for square tube and box section. Thanks to the flexible lateral ribs running around the shank of the insert, they should be suitable for tube wall thickness of between 1 to 2mm metric (14-20 gauge imperial), unless otherwise stated. 

Manufactured from durable LDPE plastic, they are commonly used as protective end caps, tube feet, and finishing plugs across furniture, fabrication, and light industrial applications. They're designed to retain themselves inside tube, with the head sitting over the outer ends of the tube or box section, sitting flush with the outside edges of the tube, providing a neat finished appearance.

I was very happy with the products but when I rang op to chase my order I thought the attitude of the man I spoke was very abrupt and rude. I paid £14.00 extra for delivery but I was unaware of the cut of point for this service when I questioned this and asked why if I was outside the cut off point and why I was still allowed to pay for this service the man was very rude hence I would be very wary about using your company again

Apologies you felt one of our team appeared rude, I've checked the details surrounding this order you placed at 17:36 and our agent recalls that you were agitated when you called the following day, when the order placed the previous evening hadn't arrived with you. I gather that the issue wasn't so much the non delivery (our website does clearly state at checkout, the cut-off for same day despatch is 3pm) but the fact you were able to select the Pre-14 option at all. We have to however facilitate these overnight options 24/7 because we have customers placing orders at all times of the day, who want the option to request overnight - even in the knowledge their order won't leave till the following day. I appreciate there are dominant online merchants operating who can offer 24/7 warehousing which would take this issue out of the equation but we are a small uk company, who operate regular hours so unfortunately we aren't at their level - however, we do pay our UK taxes, so I think that has to go in our favour!
