Ø25-28mm Half Saddle Washer, 8.2x5mm

Round Plastic Saddle Washers are designed to securely mount, align or support cylindrical objects such as round tubes, pipes, cables, conduits or hoses - against flat or curved surfaces without crushing or damaging them.  This particular size is for Ø25-28mm with a 8.2mm round screw / fixing hole that that offers 5mm spacing and they're made from Polyethylene, generally in Black.

I was not made aware until after I had placed the order that the goods were not in stock, so it all arrived too late for the job. Not mission critical but a bit annoying!

Thanks for your feedback but I've just looked at the original order confirmation, that was emailed over when you placed the order (08/9) and the confirmation does clearly state that the part you picked was a 'special order' item, with a note on the same confirmation indicating these parts are typically '5-10 Days subject to stock at the factory'.

Unfortunately in this instance, it also appears that the factory were out of stock which can occasionally happen I'm afraid if they've had a particular run on a part, as it's a live stock system - hence the longer than anticipated lead-time, so apologies for that as we had to wait for the factory to run some more.

We did send over an order update email on the 17/9 with an eta we'd received from the factory to try and keep you in the loop but once again, apologies this one took longer than we'd normally expect!

Incidentally parts are now a stock line, as we'd normally always order more parts for stock, once we see a part is a viable product line for a customers.
