Ø40x40mm Single M8 Female Thread Anti Vibration Mounts

These 40mm diameter anti-vibration mounts or dampers are 40mm high and come with a standard M8 single female thread. We also have countless other options across multiple thread forms, including male, female, single thread, twin thread and combination AVM's (which feature a male and a female thread on the same component).

Anti-vibration mounts have a multitude of uses but are typically used as feet for machinery, conveyors, air conditioning units, washing machines, generators, pumps, car engines and just about anything where you want to remove vibrations, shocks or reduce sound. They will isolate machines and equipment from supporting structures, reducing noise, dampening mechanical vibrations and preventing structural damage. They are typically placed between the base of a vibrating device and the floor, wall, or frame.

Our standard Anti Vibration Mounts are constructed using quality NR Rubber/St.37 metal washers/6.8 quality bolts but we can make specials to order, including premium NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) Shore A 55 Degree, EPDM, CR-Silicon, different shore hardnesses and alternative metal components such as  INOX / 8.8 quality bolts etc.

Q: How long would this piece of kit take to arrive due to it being a special order? The quantity required is: 12

A: We've checked with our German partner factory on this for you and they unfortunately don't have stock of this particular part but our weekly stock order gets sent in every Wednesday morning at 10am just so you're aware and if you miss that, then it effectively adds another weeek to the current lead time of approx. 4 weeks. We have checked on alternatives and found these that we have in stock here in the UK for immediate despatch, albeit smaller, SKU : A-12020-030015S-, or these if you which are closer in profile size, if you can go up to M10, SKU : A-12020-050030S-
