These flush-fitting hole plug caps are designed to neatly cover and conceal unused holes, screw heads, and panel openings. Featuring a low-profile head for a clean finish, they are ideal for use in panels, fascias, coachwork, cabinetry, and general fabrication applications.

The main dimension for these standard cover caps is the hole size they are designed to fit.  All these caps have a flush-fitting, low-profile head, making them ideal for concealing screw holes. Most sizes in this range are available from stock in Black or White unless otherwise stated, while some of the more popular sizes have been produced in various wood-effect finishes.

Q: What are your tolerance on these?

A: Hello. As shown in the dimensional drawing (which can be found by clicking on the blue 'view drawing' button) you will see a tolerance of +/- 0.2mm. We would advise getting a sample to test suitability. You can request samples directly through our website - products with samples available have an Orange "Request Sample" button on. This will let you add a FOC sample to your basket, then you can follow the checkout through like a standard order which will raise an order from the warehouse. Kind regards, BPF
