These flush-fitting hole plug caps are designed to neatly cover and conceal unused holes, screw heads, and panel openings. Featuring a low-profile head for a clean finish, they are ideal for use in panels, fascias, coachwork, cabinetry, and general fabrication applications.

The main dimension for these standard cover caps is the hole size they are designed to fit.  All these caps have a flush-fitting, low-profile head, making them ideal for concealing screw holes. Most sizes in this range are available from stock in Black or White unless otherwise stated, while some of the more popular sizes have been produced in various wood-effect finishes.

Fitting to a reamed 4mm hole is a bit hit and miss some are tight others are loose.

Over priced - 5 mm caps on other sites a fraction of the price I paid for this product.

Apologies you felt the costs were disproportionate to that of the 5mm Cover Cap but this is because with the 5mm size being much more popular, it's a much bigger tool so therefore each time it opens and shuts, more of these things pop out meaning that the cost per piece is significantly reduced. Indeed our own 5mm Cover Cap is also a lot less expensive for exactly that reason, primarily because when you commission tools to produce parts like this 4mm Cover Cap in much lower volume than something like the much more popular 5mm size, you generally make them with less cavities or impressions! Also, as you were only buying 200 pieces for £7.94, the volume discounts haven't really kicked in at this level because you really tend to see the significant reduction when you get into the higher quantity breaks on the website of 1000, 5000 and 25,000.
