30 x 15mm Oval Ribbed Garment Rail Insert

This 30 x 15mm oval ribbed plastic garment rail insert provides a practical way to finish the ends of clothing rails while creating an integrated stop for garments and hangers.

The insert features a ribbed body that provides a secure push-fit into the tube, helping to hold the insert firmly in position. The extended head at one end acts as a stop on the garment rail, helping to prevent garments or hangers from sliding off the end of the tube.

This design provides a convenient alternative to welding a permanent stop onto the end of an oval tube. It allows manufacturers, fabricators and assembly teams to achieve a neat, finished rail with a simple knock-in fitting, without the need for additional welding.

As with our other tube inserts, we specify this product using the outside dimensions of the tube x wall thickness/gauge. This insert is suitable for 30 x 15mm oval tube. The insert can also help cover and finish the open end of the tube, providing a cleaner appearance while protecting the exposed edge. It is suitable for a range of applications including garment rails, clothing rails, wardrobes and retail display systems.
