X3 'EVO' Extensions, Terminal 656

X3 is one of our most popular ranges we offer, thanks to it's modular design which means it's an impressively versatile desking system suitable for small offices through to multi personell call centre environments.  By adding extensions like these, you can easily convert an existing X3 stand alone desk, into a back to back desk for multiple users. 

The 'EVO' variation of this range has been designed to respect BS EN 527-1:2011 so is slightly taller at 722mm from under the top, as opposed to the old X3 leg which is 695mm from under top.  The leg still retains a tolerance of 20mm, meaning our leg accommodates 720 to 760mm.  The old leg still complies but you need to use a minimum 25mm thick top to reach 720mm (695 + 25mm)

This particular extension is generally used when looking to get a back to back desk, with a footprint of either 1260mm (when used with 600mm legs) or 1460mm (when used with 800mm legs).  The 'EVO' Terminal Extensions are set up ready to go but if you're intending having a bench for more than 2 people, then you'll likely be using Inverted (set back) Legs to separate users, which will need a generic X3 Intermediate Extensions and for this to work with an 'EVO' bench, you'll be needing a 'Converter' which is SKU X03C-XU99.  If you were buying the complete Bench, then this would come as standard in the kit.
