M8 Round Plastic Cover for Nuts & Bolts

These Nut Covers are designed to push over and cover Nuts & Bolts, protecting them from the elements and also having cosmetic benefits, as they can be produced in different colours.  The Outside Profile is a Domed Round Cover whilst the Inside has a Hexagon Profile to suit standard Across Flats Dimensions of Nuts & Bolts.  

We show standard colours & finishes where possible but these are constantly changing so if you require a colour not listed in the drop-down, speak to us as we may well have added it since.

Q: Please can you send me a photo of the mild grey cap. Regards, Kenny

A: I've just added an extra image to this product page which is a composite image but it shows 3 of the Nut Covers in the Grey colour. So you can use the zoom feature on the site and enlarge that image and copy it if you need to, or alternatively - you can just request a sample in Grey, as I see there's an orange 'Request a Sample' button on that product page you could click.

Q: I require a large quantity of nut and bolt caps 8mm and 12mm They are Prema security type ie the AF nut part breaks off when tightened leavin a round dome nut that is dificult to remove, Does a dome cap grip the exposed threads?or would I have to fix an aditional nut for the cap to hold to, or would I require a 2 part cover with a base below the nut and the cap fixes to this cover

A: Hello. The inside of these covers have a hexagon profile to suit standard Across Flats Dimensions of nuts & bolt heads. The cover should simply push over and grip the exposed hexagonal nut/bolt head, however we would recommend ordering a FOC sample to test for suitability for your application. Kind regards, BPF

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am looking for bolt covers that withstand temperatures of up to 150 degrees for 3-5hr cure cycles. Do your products go to that temperature? Regards, Stewart Blake
