Two Piece Dowel Connector

This two piece dowel connector is made from Nylon and provides a concealed fastening system; designed to securely connect wooden panels together without the use of nails or screws.

The connection system consists of a male and female snap fitting which each have ribbed cores to securely hold them in place. The 2 components then slide together and lock into place using a tapered prong. The female component expands when the male pin is inserted, which also helps to secure the fitting.

Dowel connectors are used across a wide range of industries and are particularly common within the bedding, construction and fabrication industries.
