I read with concern your 1 star review across the board, for the free of charge samples you ordered. I’ve taken a look at this and a quick google of your business address would indicate the postcode should be M34 3WF but on your order, which you will see from your order confirmation - you’ve provided M34 2WE. So I’m not sure obviously, with not having the benefit of local knowledge but could that be what is causing the issue for the Royal Mails automated systems? If it is then it’s perplexing how you’ve felt able to review our product and rated it on quality, description, performance & value for money, when you’ve not been able to appraise the product!
