Magnet is of good strength and surface of magnet is buffered from surface by plastic so it shouldnt scratch.Connects fairly easily into a KUBA slim snake to attach nicely to a sitstand desk leg.

Very strong magnet much sturdier than I expected only need 2 for a standing desk leg in my opinion. Clicks in nicely with the KUBA SLIM albeit stiff to click inout when setting up (not a bad thing as you know itll stay put)
