Thanks for your review and it’s prompted us to check these parts and we concur that one of the wheels we sell (the one you bought this time around), doesn’t work so well with our ‘reinforced’ or ‘screw-on’ castor blocks and is better suited for use with our ‘budget’ castor blocks. We’ve therefore updated our website by indicating on the relevant product pages, that the correct item to use, if buying the ‘re-inforced / screw-on’ is this SKU : A-10020-008028-272. So apologies we weren’t aware of this prior to your order but we’ve sent you a replacement set of these foc which you should receive with our compliments over the next couple of days. With the updated guidance now published to our website, we’re hopeful this situation shouldn’t arise again! Thanks for your continued custom & rest assured the original wheel you’ve purchased prior to this last order, is still available and is now directly linked as a cross-selling item to this ‘reinforced / screw-on’ castor block.

Thanks for your review and apologies for the delay with your order. Looking at your original order confirmation and with this being a containerised part we were out of stock of at the time of order - we gave you a delivery eta on your confirmation of between 4 to 12 weeks and 12 weeks would have taken us until the end of February but I'm concious you got your delivery a week later than this, which is regretfull. Unfortunately what has been going on with the Houthi rebels in the Red Sea has affected container shipping across the world, so normally we would have hoped to have been well inside that eta we gave from the outset but unfortunately matters out of our control impacted that. We updated you along way though, with regards to the impact recent events covered in the media were having, so hopefully you felt we kept you in the loop, as best we could. Good news is that these are now a stock part for us, so there should be no stock issues moving forward.
