7/8x7/8" Square Steel Insert, 16g

A Square Solid Metal Insert which is designed with a Flared Shank so that it will crimp into the tube giving a snug inteference fit. These inserts can be used where a really solid tube end stop is required or where the cosmetics of the product just lend itself to a metal cap.  

Available in a Self Colour or Bright Zinc Plated Finish, these inserts are listed just as you would buy the tube so it's Outside Dimensions x Wall Thickness / Guage Size - or if you're trying to match up to a sample, the key dimension is the head size.  

The head is designed to sit flush with the outside of the tube whilst the shank has flexible horizontal ribs to suit a multitude of tube walls - in both metric and imperial sizes.

We show standard colours and finishes where possible but these are constantly changing so if you require a colour not listed in the drop-down, speak to us as we may well have added it since.
