1 1/4 Inch Round Ribbed Tube Insert, 14-20g

These 1 1/4 Inch (1 1/4") round ribbed tube inserts are designed to provide a clean, secure finish for hollow round tubes and pipes. Thanks to the flexible lateral ribs running around the shank of the insert, they should be suitable for tube wall thickness of between 1 to 2mm metric (14-20 gauge imperial), unless otherwise stated. 

Manufactured from durable LDPE plastic, they are commonly used as protective end caps, tube feet, and finishing plugs across furniture, fabrication, and light industrial applications. They're designed to retain themselves inside tube, with the head sitting over the outer ends of the tube or pipe, sitting flush with the outside circumference of the tube and providing a neat finished appearance.

Tube inserts are always listed the same way that tube is listed because the head of the insert needs to marry up with the outside edges of the tube.  They often come in a variety of wall thicknesses and gauge sizes but if you're unsure on fit, you can click the 'Request Sample' button, or for help measuring your tube, try out this useful sizing pdf.

Not quite as shown on the website as the base is slightly domed rather flat. Excellent service from BPF though who replaced them with some slightly larger 32mm items which are flat and still fitted OK FOC and within a couple of days

Its a shame your system does not allow repeat samples to be sent..this give us problems because we test to destruction for new products and cant get a replacement. on the last order we had to take a gamble if it was the right part.

However, any part on our website, if listed as being in stock, is available to buy individually or in any quantity, as there is no MOQ on stock items! I notice that you have made use of our free of charge sample offering on 27 separate occasions, so it's clearly a service you find useful - but please bear in mind the No MOQ on stock items policy, as you might find this handy in future if you need more than 1 item to test.
