150mm High x 40mm Square Metal Furniture Glide

A 40mm square versatile metal furniture glides, which is available in 3 different heights which you can screw straight to the underside of cabinets, fuurniture and beds, thanks to the top fixing plate. The Glide itself is a painted Silver Aluminium, with a plastic insert in the top, housing the metal fixing plate.

The metal fixing plate is made from 2mm bright zinc plated steel and comes pre-installed. The 4 screw holes are centred approximately 10mm less, than the external dimension of the plate. The total height of this glide from base to fixing plate, is 58mm.

Q: I've just received the 40mm square x 150mm high furniture raisers. What is the weight limit and can they be used for beds?

A: I've spoken to the factory and whilst these parts aren't load rated as such, they have been designed with a load per leg of 25kg approx. So that would probably be a bit optimistic for a bed to be fair. Q: Are these legs adjustable in height? I have an uneven floor and want to level the unit. Thanks

A: No, they're not an adjustable glide as such - although you do have a small degree of fine adjustment, as the metal fixing plate has a thread on it. But we do specific adjustable glides if you need any more adjustment than that!

Q: Would these be suitable for a three seater leather sofa it's too low l need height at least 5 inches feet at present are 2inches
