80.3mm Round Plastic Cable Port Desk Grommet

Quality Plastic Cable Ports designed to push fit into 80.3mm round holes in desks, tables, counter tops and work surfaces, with a top diameter of 96mm and a shank depth of 18mm.  Seamlessly manage cables and wires, whilst also tidying up drilled or machined holes.

2-Piece design with a lid that lifts off allowing for easy insertion and passaging of wires and cables, with a tongue which allows you to spin the top to blank off the hole.  Comes fully assembled ready to go and and whilst manufacturers will use CNC machines to router a hole for this, we do also supply a range of hole saws and arbors, if you're needing to cut your own holes.

Great product, great price and a superb deliver time! The only downside is the 'standard' port size doesn't match that of standard hole saw sizes, so I'll need to buy a new hole saw just for this - which is twice the cost of the ports!

Thankyou for your comments and in response to the issue of the extra holesaw you're intending to buy, I'm assuming you had a saw already which didn't work?

I only ask the question because we also sell a standard 80mm holesaw, which is often sold as a bundle with these ports and we've never had any instances where the two don't work together!

The more common scenario which arises in our experience, is that of furniture having pre-drilled holes already in it. The furniture manufacturers themselves drive the 'industry standard' hole sizes, because they CNC Router their holes, so they aren't restricted to what standard hole saws are available so therefore this issue isn't considered when they have the flexibility with their machinery, to cut any hole they like.

Unfortunately, they stipulate what they require or give us a template to match to, and subsequently the standard ports on the market, can vary from 79.5mm, up to 80.5mm depending on what factories they've been made for, and who makes the grommets.
