Silicone Caps are designed to mask plain and threaded studs, tube ends and even slotted holes; they will mask off the stud and allow finishing up to it. Recommended for Powder coating, e-coating, plating & anodising.

Recommended temperatures up to 315°C
Intermittent at 315°C/ Continuous at 232°C

Ideal for covering Threaded Parts, Studs & Projections, the Dimensions we list refer to the I/D of the Cap (O/D of the Projection), and with the material being flexible, it may well be possible that these parts will stretch over Larger Diameters. 

We show standard colours & finishes where possible but these are constantly changing so if you require a colour not listed in the drop-down, speak to us as we may well have added it since.
