D Shaped Glass Clamp | Medium

These D Shaped Glass Clamps are flat backed and have been designed to securely fit 6-8mm thick glass panels across a range of indoor applications. Each glass clamp has been fitted with a rubber inlay to cushion the contact area between the bracket jaw and the glass panel.

Manufactured from Zamak and stylishly finished in Chrome or brushed Nickel, these D shaped glass clamps produce an elegant yet structurally sound fitting that is suitable for glass balustrades/glass banisters, glass balconies or glass railings. They can also be used to surface mount acrylic and glass screens to desk tops.

D Shaped Glass Clamps are particularly common on glass balustrade stairs in both residential and commercial properties as the glass panels allow for light to pass through; creating a brighter and more spacious environment.

Another benefit of using staircase glass clamps for glass balustrades (over fitted handrails / banisters) is that they allow for flexibility, and so the glass can be removed or replaced as required.
