Universal Insulation Retaining Clips

Universal retaining clips are designed to fit flat metal ties up to 3mm thick - and round wire ties up to 6mm diameter.  Made from corrosion resistant virgin PolyPropylene (PP) and being 70mm diameter means they offer good, reliable performance with both rigid and soft types of insulation.  Generally fitted to connective ties inside wall cavities to hold rigid or soft insulation in position and optimize thermal performance.

This Star Clip is specifically designed to reduce consumption of raw plastic materials without hindering performance.

As standard, our Clips come 1,000 per bag which will have 4 inner bags of 250 inside so buying these 1,000 at a time is the most effecient way of purchasing.  We can also custom pack to your desired quantities, subject to inevitable moq's.

We show standard colours & finishes where possible but these are constantly changing so if you require a colour not listed in the drop-down, speak to us as we may well have added it since.

Q: We have a customer requirement for a unit with an internal rail and hooks like this one. What size tube diameter would these hooks suit?

A: I've checked with the factory on this one, as it was a proto-type we did for a customer many years ago - but unfortunately that particular company went out of business and the tooling has subsequently been discarded. So I'm afraid upon finding that out, we've decided it best to remove this part from our website - as the factory would require a firm enquiry for 50,000 pieces, to warrant looking at the project again.
