Thanks for your review and I just thought I would look at the postage issue you mentioned, in case anything needed tweaking from our side and I can see that you had a free of charge sample sent on the 17th August (web order 311932) so we obviously incurred postage sending that zero value order out to you but at least it meant you could test the product before committing to pay anything. I can then see that 3 days later on the 20th, you went on to order a pack of 200 (web order 311987) and you paid £11.70 for that pack, plus £3.95 p&p. Anything over 5mm thick, is deemed as a 'packet' by the Post Office as it's too thick for a letter and from experience, a jiffy bag is needed so the packet doesn't get split open by the Royal Mail's automated machinery, so there is just no way unfortunately, that we can post something for less than £3.95 via Royal Mails 1st class packet post service. We basically and hopefully understandably, try and go some way to covering our postage costs with what we charge for p&p but having posted 2 separate packets out to you, with 2 separate jiffy bags both via 1st class packet post, when you factor in the foc sample - we obviously wouldn't have recouped what it cost us in this situation, so I think all in all - the p&p is fair and realistic. I'm not sure of your location but we do offer customers the option to 'collect', just in case that is a viable alternative to having something posted.
