Only a small order, but the glides have made the lives of two octogenarians easier. We can now shift a footstool over a carpet easily; we even managed to tap the glides into the wooden feet of the stool. Thank you, too, for the quick Royal Mail delivery.

Q: is this product available in brown, white or grey

A: Thanks for your enquiry and I can confirm the glide you've picked out is a two-tone combination of stainless and black. We do have a chrome option with a felt base and the colour of the felt is Grey - or the other option is to lose the stainless feature and go for a standard nylon glide, as these are readily available in Brown or Natural. Q: How much height do they add to a chair?

A: I've just clicked the Blue 'View Drawing' button which are on almost every product page and it tells us that if the nail is tapped in fully, the height remaining (H Dimension) is 10mm.
